Send an Email through the Conversations Tab ΒΆ

The following will illustrate how to create a new email channel from within Hubspot
1. Navigate to https://app.hubspot.com/user-guide/5519226?via=home
2. Click “Conversations”
3. Click “Inbox”
4. Click “Compose”
5. Click “Enter or choose a recipient”
6. Fill in remaining fields as you normally would
7. Click “Send”
8. Once sent, ensure your message is assigned to the appropriate individual.
9. “Close” the conversation once communication has ended.
