Add a Comment to a Conversation Chain

1. Navigate to https://app.hubspot.com/user-guide/5519226?via=home

Utilizing the Comment tool is a great way to communicate with your team internally without involving external parties edits

2. Click “Conversations”

3. Click “Inbox”

4. Click “TEST”

5. Click “Comment”

Note

Mention teammates so that they will be notified of your comment by typing @ followed by their name

6. Click here.

7. Click “Add comment”

8. Click “Add comment”
