Close a Conversation ΒΆ


The following will show you how to “Close” a conversation. It is highly recommended that conversations are closed once the goal has been met and/or the conversation has ended. This helps us keep our CRM clean and up to date.

1. Navigate to

2. Click “Conversations”

3. Click “Inbox”

4. Click “Close conversation”


Once a conversation has been closed, it’s easy to reopen if needed!
